How are the programs delivered?

All MGL Athletics programs are accessible via our MGL Athletics App or through a browser you may go to train.mgltraining.com to login with the same login information you use for the app. You do have to choose a purchase option prior to registering your account. See membership options by clicking here. 

How do I get access to the App?

After you have purchased a membership option you will be invited to register your account and login. You will have immediate access to begin your first training plan. 

How do I access the programs?

After logging into the app you will be taken to your dashboard which includes a workout calendar that is pre-loaded with your first plan. You may click on the day to see what the workout is for that day and begin from there. 

I play a specific sport. Do you have training for my sport?

Our training plans are in groupings specific to court related sports (basketball, volleyball, tennis, etc.), field related sports (football, baseball, softball, soccer, cricket, rugby, lacrosse, etc.) and general/multi-sport athlete category (swimming, track, wrestling, and others). They are grouped in this way because the training is for sports performance to increase your overall athleticism. This type of training helps create a dynamic athlete ready for anything! There is no specific sport technique training within our programs. Our training programs are designed to improve your speed, footwork, agility, plyometrics, power, balance, coordination, and strength. 

What program would be best for me?

Choose a program based on if your sport is a field sport, court sport, or for other choose the All-Athletes membership. The programs are grouped in this way to help you become a dynamic athlete with ability to play more than 1 position in your sport or in more than 1 sport. 

My child is a youth athlete (5-18 years old), what program would be best for them?

You can choose a program based on the child's primary sport choice whether that is a field sport, court sport, or for other choose the All-Sport category. 

What equipment will I need for the program?

Our programs will require access to a gym. Whether that is public or if you have a home gym please check out the equipment list by clicking here. Many items can be substituted with other equipment pieces or common items around your home or gym. 

How can I reach an MGL Athletics Coach directly?

General questions may be answered by messaging a coach within the app. If you are seeking an evaluation of your performance we do allow for a video review by an MGL Athletics coach with the premium app membership option or add-on option is also available. The premium app membership allows you to submit a video review once per month. If you would like to have more of an in-depth conversation about your training, you may book a 30-minute consultation with an MGL Coach.

What if I don't play sports?

You will be able to participate in our programs and improve your physical health and athletic ability even if you are a beginner or have never played sports. We give you full information for the required equipment and setup of each drill. Video examples are provided for each drill/exercise to guide you and teach you along the way.
